TL;DR: add “-Dsun.java2d.metal=false” to the custom VM options of #pycharm (or other JetBrains editor).

So einfach hab ich noch nie #PyCharm installiert bekommen. Einfach die #JetBrains Toolbox geladen, PyCharm daraus installiert und go. Browserdriver vorinstalliert, lassen sich direkt updaten, Python 3.12 ist direkt am Start als Interpreter. Somit musste ichbnur Git verbinden und kann wieder arbeiten

IDK what I was doing wrong... but turns out using click.palletsprojects.com in my project made the #python debugger in #pycharm take 30-60 seconds, but wo/ and it's instant... FML.

I usally use a retro font called "MxPlusIBMVGA9x16". Childhood nostalgy. I can use it anywhere but in JetBrains terminals. It is not listed as monospace font in the reworked terminal's menu. It is listed as monospace editor font though. 🤷
