Made razor clams a new way tonight - these were massive flavor bombs with a sauce made with sesame oil, tomato, onion, lime juice, and more. Very bright flavors, and perfect for our warmer weather.

Commercial Clammer's boats are beached on the commercial clamming sand spit as the tide recedes. Commercial Clammers dig for razor clams until the tide comes back in and refloats their boats.
