@jimmyavenger.bsky.social and I have been up all night with Dex, who's lost the use of his back legs & has bloody diarrhoea.
I'll still do an outdoor 5K this weekend, locally, and share the stats online for transparency.

The event will be much stripped back, with no marquees because of the wind. So dress for wet weather, and pack clothes in something waterproof.
