鳥取マラソン、無事に完走しました。
前回と違って、天候はよかったけど、時々冷たい風が吹いて手袋つけたり外したり。
目標のサブ4には届かなかったけど、天気や都合やいろいろ言い出すとキリがない笑
また次回チャレンジします

左胸にやはり若干痛みが残るので、呼吸が苦しい…9割くらい？
平時も深い呼吸には押さえつけられているような違和感があるから仕方ないか。
…と思いながら走ってたら、左背面も痛いのでは？
もしかして後ろもいっちゃってたのか…😅
坂越え8km程度行きたかったけど、かなりバテそうなので6kmで切り上げ。
来週はまた少し伸ばしたい～
秋フルマラソン行けるか？？
毎年楽しみにしてる早咲きの桜がすでに散っていて悲しみ😢

20 miles #running today with 3159 ft vert climb. Snow, rain, sun, and so much mud. My legs were struggling today. I’m feeling these weeks that have (for me) high mileage. I think I need to adjust my plan to take a reduced week.
