Thank you, Oonagh! This post is already helping me. My legs are on strike - I'm keeping the phrase 'aggressive rest' in my head & it's helping to keep the guilt at bay.

(Even when I'm close to losing the ability to use my legs at all, internalised ableism has lots to say!)
