On 05/12/2017 - for the umpteenth time - I was watching (the mighty) Status Quo live on stage.
This time it was as part of their Plugged In Tour.
This was the first full UK tour from #StatusQuo since the death of #RickParfitt on 24th December 2016.
Support was from UK rockers, #CatsInSpace
On 30/11/1991, I was at the #SECC in #Glasgow watching (the mighty) #StatusQuo in support of their 'Rock Til You Drop' album.
Support came from British melodic rockers #FM.

Rick Parfitt
Born 12 Oct 1948, Rick Parfitt, rhythm guitarist, singer & songwriter with Status Quo. He began his career in the early 1960s, playing in pubs & holiday camps. He joined Status Quo in 1967, wrote many songs for the band and remained with them for 49 years. He died in 2016 aged 68. #RickParfitt
Remembering #RickParfitt who was born in Woking on 12th October 1948.
He died in hospital in Marbella on 24th December 2016 after contracting sepsis.
