Plyometric jumps onto a 30 inch plyo box today. Great for leg strength and apparently they will improve my running - let's see. Three sets of ten, last time I overshot and toppled over, this time I didn't, so that is an improvement.

Today’s run with @coopahruncoach was 10 mins of running. I’m recovering from a back injury and have been surprised that the app has given me the gentle return my physio is happy with. It started with one minute run/walk intervals and I’m now at 10 minutes. I love my app.
