We have some hills, but overall it's pretty flat where I live. So, Sundays are for Z2 hill climbs at the Y and being the sweatiest kid I know.

Moskey and I did a brisk 40 minute walk today. I was cold, but a nice evening for it. Tomorrow I add in my 4th cardio day of the week. 6:30am at the Y.

105 days to go! A slow 8.66mi in the snow and cold. Tobin got in on the action going with me for a 15 min walk at the end.
I think I'm going to like ultra running. Snack breaks in the middle of a long run is kind of the best.
