Particulate matter concentrations in UK schools: a nationwide study into the influence of ambient PM2.5 and the resulting exposure potentials SAMHE data reveals that PM2.5 concentrations in UK schools are heavily influenced by outdoor air quality.

Particulate matter levels in schools are closely linked to outdoor levels.

Children's exposure to #PM2_5 in school buildings, when levels are high outdoors, may contribute significantly to their total exposure.
