Motion carried by universal agreement.
We need to gather these data. Knowing how many SAS leaders there are allows us to assess the trends. Measuring this also sets the expectation that this is important.

A lot of the questions posed to Dr Dickson at #SASconf relate to issues that have been "solved" by papers that cover the needs of "consultants", but not SAS doctors.
Failure to use language inclusive of SAS and locally-employed doctors in some existing college papers, has consequences.

"Everyone"
"Support their career progression, including supporting them to become Consultants AND Specialists"
"Everything"
