🚨 Yesterday lobbyist David Sweeney registered #DataCenterSTL developer THO Investments as a principal.

Sweeney has steered many projects through the tax incentive approval process. His clients includes St. Louis University which controls the #SLU353.

You might be curious as to why GreenStreet doesn’t currently have a registered lobbyist.

Given that SLDC is most likely to be facilitating the ongoing #GreenStreetbailout, GS CEO Phil Hulse doesn’t need a lobbyist.

*Correction to the above: The duration of tax abatement for the Armory project is 15 years.

Abatement of up to 25 years can be authorized within the #SLU353 redevelopment area.

Contrary to routine statements from staff, SLDC does have a role in incentivized projects within Chapter 353 redev. area.

I presume this home will have a 15 year tax abatement, courtesy of the St. Louis Midtown Redevelopment Corp., the #SLU353 master developer controlled by SLU/SSM.
