Contact your alder and #HUDZ to demand an update on the #datacenterSTL proposal at #500Prospect in the #ArmoryTIF district & the #SLU353 redevelopment area.
It’s gone mighty quiet on the data center front in St. Louis city.
Rest assured, the wheels are in motion to push the proposed facility at #500Prospect through the city’s approval process.

Be wary of promises that are not in writing.
FYI: SLDC has 30 days to review projects for which St. Louis Midtown Redev. Corp.* wants to authorize tax abatement. SLDC's review is conducted in secret.
The #ArmoryTIF district is eligible for up to 25 years tax abatement.

ICYMI: @stlpublicradio.bsky.social coverage of the developer’s first propaganda campaign town hall, held on Oct. 9 via Zoom.
Be warned: any financials provided by consultant Steadfast City for the proposed data center at #500Prospect shouldn’t be trusted.

I suspect that the projected tax revenue shared by consultants Steadfast-Propaganda-City are way too high.
FYI: David Sweeney lobbies for developer THO Investments & SLU.
Not mentioned on 10/9: The #SLU353 can authorize up to 25 years tax abatement for the #500Prospect #datacenterSTL

Question for @caraspencer.bsky.social
@saintlouispres.bsky.social
Where is the applicant’s information (required by Executive Order 92) for the #500Prospecr data center proposal posted online for public review prior to the 9/25 conditional hearing?

You might be curious as to why GreenStreet doesn’t currently have a registered lobbyist.
Given that SLDC is most likely to be facilitating the ongoing #GreenStreetbailout, GS CEO Phil Hulse doesn’t need a lobbyist.

*Correction to the above: The duration of tax abatement for the Armory project is 15 years.
Abatement of up to 25 years can be authorized within the #SLU353 redevelopment area.
Contrary to routine statements from staff, SLDC does have a role in incentivized projects within Chapter 353 redev. area.
Once, twice, maybe three times a #datacenterSTL
Will the city post docs to enable the public to comment on specifics at the 9/25 Conditional Use hearing for the #500Prospect site?
Some docs have been shared at a public meeting of the #SLU353
The #ArmoryTIF district also has 25 years tax abatement.
I presume this home will have a 15 year tax abatement, courtesy of the St. Louis Midtown Redevelopment Corp., the #SLU353 master developer controlled by SLU/SSM.
