I have written an analysis of the changes proposed to the #GDPR definition of personal data in the light of the #SRB judgment. I’ll post it on #SSRN with a link on #LinkedIn shortly. Briefly: the proposed changes conflict with the wider case-law that the #CJEU actually reaffirmed.
