Just able to spot Comet C/2025 F2 (SWAN) this morning, low in eastern sky. Clouds lifted late & sunrise had started. Managed 2min with SeeStar S50. Could see green head but not the tail.

Comet #SWAN25F this morning — the dawn sky was less transparent than yesterday, but there it is.
I did a stack without stars or satellites to make it clearer.
It keeps getting brighter: I measured magnitude 7.8 and a 1.25° ion tail.

Tried to capture new comet SWAN25F this morning. I had the right area in Pegasus but obviously the sky was too bright just before 5am as comet found there none. Will try again over the next few days. #Astronomy #SWAN25F

A new #comet, #SWAN25F is brightening in the pre-dawn sky. Catch it moving through constellations such as Pegasus and Andromeda. As of early April, Comet SWAN25F has brightened to approximately magnitude 8.0, making it observable with binoculars with great conditions. ow.ly/BBPH50VvPTT

The tail extends beyond the frame with over 1 degree in length, showing multiple jets, bends, and disconnections.
It has brightened to magnitude 8.3, making it observable with binoculars.
