This is "St Anne's, Soho" by B A R (Sam) Carter from the late 1940s. It is in the Government Art Collection. Sam exhibited with the Group towards the end of their time at Alex. Reid & Lefevre showing 4 paintings across the last 2 exhibitions in 1935 & 1936, respectively. #SamCarter #EastLondonGroup
