#scope2 is the energy I use to do other stuff related to my job. I turn on my office lights.
#Scope3 is split in two: Upstream and downstream.
For layfolk, a note on how #emissions are counted:
-I make a fire: #scope1. My direct emissions.
-I turn on a light, gas powers my grid: #scope2. Someone emitted for my benefit.
-I buy a product. The truck it came on? #Scope3. My supply chain emissions.
