besides discussing making any changes to my Rx regime with psychiatrist, I refer to every other therpeutic option available to incorporate into emotional well-being and behavioral changes.

19 days, I turn 40. I am in the most challenging headspace yet. need firmly to commit to comply & apply all types of Tx I use to improve state of #mentalhealth. make ONLY priority; be better; all else improves by extension
