The japanese meteorological agency (JMA) has issued their final warning bulletin on former tropical storm #Sepat as of 18:00 UTC.
'sepat' is the second named storm of the season after typhoon #Wutip which slammed southern China.

It appears that #Sepat is weakening as it nears #Japan, and the system is now a Tropical Depression and will likely get downgraded to a remnant low. Thankfully this should lessen the overall threat to Japan and Tokyo.
