Shintaro is a young Ice Dragon who specializes in alchemy. He is the rival of Smithy, always trying to prove to him that alchemy is superior to magic. Shintaro is cocky, arrogant, and an egotistical know-it-all when it comes to alchemy and his competition. He uses a special gadget to perform his alchemy abilities. The golden and bronze rings around his body were made with his alchemy gadget, and the ice crystal around his neck boosted his ice powers. Shintaro's birthday lands on December 21st.
Here is Shintaro's original design that I made back in 2018 or 2019. Back then, he was called Ice Dragon Gunner, Shintaro, and he would've been in a collectathon manga of mine called Kaiju World (which would later become Crusaders of Monsters). His Alchemical Gadget was originally an ice rocket launcher that shoots out ice spheres. Since I stopped working on Kaiju World, and it got revisioned into Crusaders of Monsters, I retired the character. Until recently, when I decided to revamp and redesign the character, just like what I did with Lucas Anderson and Teressa Silva for my Winnie-the-Pooh Adventures project.
