DUGUID was last seen in the area of Empress St and St Matthews Ave at approximately 6:00am on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. DUGUID is described as 5’2” in height, thin build, with short white hair and blue eyes. DUGUID was last seen wearing light blue fleece jacket with “CBC sports” logo and black sweat pants.
