Yesterday was day #1 off. I got out of bed by noon, went and got my hair colored, ate food I didn’t make, then promptly fell asleep for maybe 6 hours before waking up on the couch at 11 pm in time to get up, go to bed. Today, I woke at 6, fell back asleep, woke to move to coffee/couch. #slothmode
