3 teenytiny burritos I air fried...so now they're teenytiny chimichangas. They're filled with cooked ground beef, sauteed mushroom, onion and garlic mix i had leftover from shepherd's pie making. I added garlic confit, diced mozzarella, herbs and spices. Corn tortillas.

Mozzarella being stretched. with the few *re-leftover* leftover tortillas i made mozzarella taquitos, ooey and gooey.

Made 2 sm. casseroles, 1 for frzr, had ±1cup BeefMix left. 🤔
SO
To the frij i went!
Brick o'mozzarella, corn tortillas, garlic confit, herbs,spices,hot sauce.
BOOM! CHIMITOS & coupla mozz TAQUITOS for #SnackDinner.
