A much-needed paper for #SpatialBio (plus a fabulous title). Cells in tissue sections are highly overlapping (even in a 5 um section). Just being aware of it in regular 2D analysis is good.
I love that the #SpatialBio feed is being used both by the microscopic biology spatial proteomics and spatial transcriptomics people and by the macroscopic biology spatial biodistribution people like crop dynamics or fish distributions across a landscape!
