Standing Water at NYC Outdoor Dining Many outdoor dining set-ups in Brooklyn, New York, have a distinct standing water problem. Am I the only one who sees a problem here?

Back in 2021, I wrote an article reporting on standing water pooling along-side filthy NYC dining sheds. Fortunately, new rules limiting the sheds is finally allowing nature to heal itself.
