Today’s intention was a Tempo run with 4 intervals of 5mins at 7:25/mile + 2 mins recovery.
Pace was ok, quads still feel fatigued though. I only plan 2 short runs between now & Berlin to allow them to freshen up.

After last weekend’s half marathon race, week 15 shifted into recovery and recalibration. Legs are starting to feel fresher.

I went a little too fast in the first 2 reps, but in all it was a decent pace test before my half marathon this weekend. 🏃♂️

Some midweek VO2 max sprints today. I felt it went well.
At the end my watch only said it was a tempo benefit rather than VO2 Max. Next time I think the intervals need to be faster or longer.
