そもそも、裁判の前段階の“起訴か不起訴か”が決まっていないし、検察が「不起訴処分」とした場合は有耶無耶にされるかもしれないそうです。

それだと、裁判に進んだら「いや、やっぱり違うで」ってなる可能性もあるよね……？
