This fall, the psychology department at MMI will offer a brief group CBT treatment program for 14-16 year-olds with depression as part of an ongoing research study. This program will teach teens to recognize symptoms of depression and building coping strategies for managing depression symptoms. Teen already seeing a therapist? -they may still be eligible to participate in our research about this group treatment. Date and time info, contact info.
