#TheRedEnvelope is definitely funnier version of #MarryMyDeadBody. That’s why a looser adaptation with apt cross-cultural translation is always better. The makers respected the source material despite the changes and additions. Adding Billkin and Krit who have crackling chemistry was a great choice.

i just finished #theredenvelope and oh my god. i ended up watching it with a friend (unplanned, but great experience) and this movie was so good. i probably have a big bias (duh) but it’s kinda everything i hoped for🥹 it was so funny and made me cry a lot as well 😭
