Things I did today:
-Took meds!
-Played #HKIA and charted the flowers/patterns/flower crowns I’ve managed.
-Set up the printed out calendar in a visible, accessible place that GF and I use to keep track of upcoming appts and important things bc we are both #timeblind sometimes.

I think I just need to baby myself. I'm taking care of other people's kids and I stick to their schedule for food, outdoor play, screen time... If only there were someone to make my meals, and clean up after me as I walk around doing active learning. #grownup #timeblind

Often i’m so determined to remember smthg - despite lifelong memory - that I take a note (sms/mobile), screenshot it (image) then have a digital assistant remind me about it at a set date or event.
If it’s life or death? That gets a Stickie, as well.
