Easy run after yesterday’s one! Few tunes and kept the heart rate down and got the blood flowing into the legs. Feel good now after, off to the cinema with the mrs for some popcorn 🍿😜

VCM Training Runs Intervallzeiten

Schau mir gerne die Training Runs an, aber stimmig finde ich sie nicht. Bei 1km Intervallen von 4:30min/km kann ich schon schneller als sub 3:45 beim Marathon und sub 1:53 beim HM. Zumindest ich.
