This is a beautiful Supro Sahara model S470 (although not marked as such), red, reso-glas (fibreglass) semi-hollow body, electric guitar made by Supro/National/Valco of Chicago, IL in 1963. It's a very clean guitar that's a total joy to play and is absolutely a collectable piece. This comes from the same family of guitars that Jack White of the White Stripes uses. His main guitar is a Supro-made Airline-branded Lafayette with the "Gumby" headstock. It comes with an original two-tone: grey and white hard shell case which is in good condition. The serial number is: S12xxx (last 3 digits removed) which makes is a 1963. This model was only available in 1963 after that they modified it to be a Belmont and branded Sahara with slightly different configurations. Description from VintageSilvertones.com
