More than 150 submissions were received. Most were from adoptees.
39 Recommendations were proposed by the parliamentary committee

The #WALabor govt is creating a reference group of #forcedadoption survivors to provide advice on the recommendations from our 2024 parliamentary inquiry.
The application process ended with interviews, held last week.

As I head to vote today I’ll be thinking exactly this. Wall-to-wall majority in both Houses of Parliament yet #WALabor has refused to end discrimination against LGBTIQ+ teachers & students, has banned protesting climate change & boasts about developing new gas fields…
As a WA voter, who rejoiced at the demise of #Liberals in WA, this anti-enviroment stance pisses me big time. I'll be extra careful where I put #WALabor on the ballot.
