I find The Secret is in 2 factors:

1️⃣drier rice (just get a #Zojirushi it #cuckoo) with
DRY fresh herbs chopped so it is more absorbent, packed a bit more at the bottom
2️⃣ 💢wax💢 paper, dude.
#WAXpaper & a DRY warm♨️hot frypan.
just roll it, then press #burrito on the pan to melt the wax & cheese 🧀

Working from home today. Got lunch from Waxpaper -- a neighborhood sandwich joint. Great food. They also name items after #NPR journalists. This is the Audie Cornish (although she is no longer at NPR). The secret ingredient is the House Honey Butter. @audiecornish.bsky.social 🥪 😋 #WaxPaper #foodie
