On the face of a cliff in the Gerudo Highlands, etchings in the shape of a giant target with lightning bolts (and even a "HEY SHOOT HERE!!!" in the center) are found. Link (holding a bow and Shock Arrow): Wow. Such a complex and invigorating puzzle. I wonder how on Hylia's green overworld am I supposed to open the Shrine?
