I managed to control myself at the beginning (it helped that I had work to do right up until the start and had no warmup) and never did anything dumb, so this ended up being perfect Metabolic Training. I bribed myself with the cherry-flavoured caffeinated Heed and then told myself I could finish it if I lifted following... I guess I gotta lift now.

Last night's #ZRL race went OK. My squad did well despite fatigue and took third overall. I was still in the 26 woman lead at the end but was gassed and only crossed the line 12th/64.
Today I knocked off my 13th/18 routes for the Tour de #Zwift Ultimate Challenge and lifted. Training progresses.
