Continues to be appalling that there is no bus express lane on the Bay Bridge. Current TransBay #ACTransit bus is stuck in mixed traffic, is going to take 1.5 hours to do a ~20 min ride. Why do we punish transit riders by making them suffer through single occupancy vehicle traffic?

ACTransit #31 bus to the Chabot Space and science center, with 2 bike on the bike rack (they need bigger racks).
I've been waiting a long time to ride this bus. It was cancelled during the pandemic and was just reinstated this year.
It goes to the top of a hill with a lot of scenic downhill bike routes.

Final result-- NO CENSURE. All board members to get training, and additional executive coaching to be required of Syed and made available to all. Seems like Executive Coaching is a good thing for all board members to take anyway #ACTransit

Director Walsh said a "closure letter" was sent to the investigator saying that the issue was settled....and then a special meeting was called on December 30th (while Director Syed was out of town) and at that special meeting, they agendized the censure. "this is weaksauce guys" #ACTransit

Director Jean Walsh said the board hired an unbiased investigator and paid $43,000 for the investigation. The investigator found no harassment or bullying. Walsh says the report had no details on policy violations and didn't single out any board member but said ALL should get training #ACTransit
