#JustFlight の #BAe146 を眺めていて「そうか、軍用輸送機と同じコンセプトか！」と思い至った。
改めて言うまでもないかもしれないが、このスタイルはC-5ギャラクシーやIL-76と一緒で、それを小っちゃくしただけ。旅客機としては異色でも、軍用機としてはむしろ一般的。146は貨物型や貨客混載型が多く作られているが、設計思想からして当然といえば当然。4発の安定感もあり、小口貨物機としてはうってつけだったということだ。
普通の低翼機に比べ操縦は恐らく難しいだろうし、整備も難しくなるが、合理性をそなえた設計といえる。
#MSFS 界隈は #PMDG の #B777-300ER で目白押しだ。確かによい製品なのかもしれないが #flightsim.to に出てくるのもそればっかりで、食傷気味である。ほとんど関心がないし、うんざりだ。
ここはあえて小規模機材である #JustFlight の #BAe146 を飛ばしてトリプルセブンに対抗していきたい。アナログ機にしかないよさがあるのだ。
#BAe146 のセールは記憶に新しいが、引き換えのように #AvroRJ の告知が #JustFlight から出た。
146の焼き直しと言われてもしょうがないだろう。売れないのではないか。このコックピット（まるでB737-400のよう）なら私はアナログのほうがいい。146を買ってよかった。

ついに #PMDG のボーイング #B737 を買ってしまった。
高いとは思うが出来栄えはやはりすごい。操縦感覚のよさが半端ない。先に買った #BAe146 よりも安定感があり、飛ばしていて心地よい。
さすが #MSFS アドオンの最高傑作と言われるだけある。
#JustFlight 謹製のタイタン航空 #BAe146 貨物機で小田原上空を飛ぶ。Googleデコーダーのシーナリーを入れている。
#MSFS デフォルトとは大きな違いが出るが、この手のものは容量を食う。これくらいコンパクトな地域であれば重くなりづらい。
ナミビアの首都ヴェントフーク市街・エロース空港で出発準備中の #JustFlight 謹製 #BAe146 型機。ヴォルフィスバーイまで飛ぶ。古きよき橙・白・青の #Safair 塗装。
この機体には #MSFS の醍醐味が詰まっている。
#BAe146 の特徴の一つとして太い胴体が挙げられる。この規模の機体でエコノミー横6列の座席配置ができるのは大きなメリットで、広々した機内は快適だろうと思う。小口貨物輸送機として使われている例も多いようだ。
まるまる太っている分、速度は出ないのは仕方がない。せいぜいM0.65程度が関の山で、プロペラ機と大差ない。
#JustFlight は内装にもこだわっており、キャビンクルー用のインターコムまで再現されているのは見事。
#MSFS アドオンの中でも、相当な傑作の部類に入るだろう。
セールに便乗し #JustFlight の傑作 #BAe146 を購入した。
それなりの値段はするが、さすが「Study Level」を謳うだけあって応分の出来栄え。動作も重すぎず快適。
子豚のような可愛らしい見た目がいいし、こんな小型なのに4発というのが実に面白い。操縦席の雰囲気はコンコルドに似ている。
操縦はピッチもロールも敏感で「やや難しい」という感想。T字翼のため想定の範囲内である。
写っているのは #BigmacDYU さんの #Safair 塗装で、ナミブ砂漠の遊覧飛行にはうってつけだ。
いい買い物をしたと思う。
