Es muss nicht immer ein Fullcup sein, wenn du eine große Cupgröße hast. Ist der Stoff fest genug und passt die Größe, hält auch ein BH mit niedrigem Steg gut. Es kann sogar sein, dass dir das besseren Halt gibt. Bei eng zusammenstehenden Brüsten liegt ein sehr hoher Steg oft nicht an. #brafitting

Das Unterbrustband sollte gerade sitzen und nicht im Rücken oder auf die Brüste hochrutschen. So werden die Schultern entlastet. Unter der Brust kann sonst Haut auf Haut liegen, wenn ihr schwitzt kann das unangenehm sein und zu Hautirritation führen. #brafitting

Oben: unpassender BH in 85D, unten: passender BH in 65GG. Wichtig: Die BH-Größe ist nicht fix, je nach Modell kann es sein, dass du mal ein Cup mehr oder weniger benötigst. Es kommt auch darauf an, ob du es angenehm findest, wenn dein BH eher fest oder etwas lockerer sitzt. #brafitting 3. Februar 2017

Weil BH-Tabellen aus einer Zeit kommen, in der BHs nicht so elastisch waren, muss man beim Messen abrunden. Hier seht ihr einen BH in der Größe 60E. Ungedehnt ist das Band 58cm lang, gedehnt 71cm. Beim Tragen dehnt es sich, damit der BH nicht rutscht und gut passt. #bhwissen #brafitting (1/2)
