BlackRock Technology and Private Equity Term Trust (BTX) Announces Expiration and Preliminary Results of Tender Offer BlackRock Technology and Private Equity Term Trust (BTX) has announced the preliminary results of its tender offer that expired on July 8, 2025. The Fund offered to repurchase up to 106,669,074 shares (50% of outstanding common shares) at 99.5% of NAV as of July 9, 2025.According to preliminary data, shareholders tendered 96,627,850 shares. Since the tender offer was undersubscribed, the Fund expects to purchase all properly tendered shares. Final results are expected to be announced on July 9, 2025.
