Today's #DIY lesson is how to deal with a burst #CentralHeating radiator.

Step zero, if you still have an ancient open-vented primary circuit, is to turn off the valve to the header tank to stop any more water going in to come out.

Switch off the boiler. At the breaker, if it's on its own circuit.
