A 61-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run in #Coraopolis, the @alleghenycounty.bsky.social ME said Tuesday.
Ulises Montalvo was struck at Main & Fourth and died at the scene.
The driver fled to Ambridge and is now in #ICE custody. @triblive.bsky.social
