Ran the same route today. I felt physically tired, and my muscles didn't react fast for the whole run. My body probably didn't recover enough from yesterday's hike.

Back fom 1 week break. Usual route and usual place. In the mid of 8km starting to feel stomach ache but luckily there is public toilet in the park. Start to feel my overall stamina get improved since start to hike on Saturday and run on Sunday

Shifting my usual Saturday run to Sunday run instead until April. Start from lentor and end at bishan amk park. Is been long time never run in faster pace budy tend to feel exhausted at the end. Also this js first run with new watch ⌚️
