1. The "Donut" Molecule (Cyclodextrin)

The star of the show is cyclodextrin, a ring-shaped sugar molecule derived from corn.

How it traps: Imagine a microscopic donut hole that is "hydrophobic" (it hates water but loves oils and stinky gases).

The "Invisibility" Trick: When you spray it, stinky molecules get pulled into the center of the donut and "locked" inside. Because they are physically trapped, they can't land on your nose's receptors, so you literally cannot smell them.
