Watch a short cute video – something that will make you smile 6. Drink Water! 7. Mini meditation – Allow yourself to not exist for a few minutes. 8. Throw something away / delete something 9. Brush teeth, brush hair, etc.– choose something small for your body 10. Stop to celebrate yourself – Allow yourself to feel good, accomplished and positive. 11. Create something interesting or beautiful (picture, sketch, paragraph) 12. Put away / Clean 1 thing 13. Take a minute to remind yourself of your goals and values and why you have them 14. Find 1 recipe or fun activity you want to try later or make notes for a creative project 15. Stretch or do light exercise for a few minutes 16. Visit a safe space in your mind 17. Review your to-dos and your work on their progress, especially the urgent ones 18. Reconnect with your body 19. Make jot notes for a message / email you need to send later 20. Play a mobile game or some other quick dopamine inducing activity If there are multiple choices for what you rolled and you don't know which one to choose, split it up on a dice roll

Plan realistic healthy snacks / meals for the week 15. Admire something you find devastatingly beautiful 16. Spend an evening being as comfortable as possible with no interruptions / work / stress (pajamas, snacks, movies, etc.) 17. Organize a drawer / shelf / bag 18. Laundry – wash, fold, sort, choose for later, whatever you need done 19. Reflect on your needs and boundaries – what actions can you take? 20. Add some nature to your life (go for a walk, get some fresh air, care for a house plant)
