Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. Reports 103% Year-Over-Year Increase in Earnings Per Share Dime Community Bancshares (NASDAQ: DCOM) reported Q3 2025 net income available to common stockholders of $25.8 million, or $0.59 diluted EPS, versus $11.5 million, or $0.29 diluted EPS, in Q3 2024. Adjusted EPS was $0.61. Net interest income rose to $103.4 million and net interest margin (NIM) expanded to 3.01%, with management expecting further NIM improvement in Q4. Core deposits and business loans grew materially year-over-year, total deposits were $12.06 billion, and Common Equity Tier 1 ratio improved to 11.53%.Non-interest expense was $62.2 million; non-performing loans increased to $72.1 million. A conference call is scheduled for October 23, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. ET.
