Unless I read the announcements, I would have unintentionally misused the #dislikeButton. If I don't want to see posts from person, block/unfollow; if I don't want to see a topic, mute. Dislike, would mean "I do not like this (topic, story)" or "I do not support this" but never "stop showing this"

The barriers to criticism filter out “mild critics”, so the only disagreement people see is from those who differ greatly.
As I see it, why should being against something require more justification than being for it????

Dislike. Not that dislikes should need a reason when likes don’t, but… This is a poorly crafted argument. Giving arguments of this quality makes us look like we don’t have any good arguments.
