I've been posting for years now, orig on Twitter & now here, that this man is #disordered, #dangerous, & #massivelyunfit. He may also be mentally ill, have severe cognitive loss, & even be completely insane. Just because he's also a foolish clown doesn't lessen that. Germans name him #HorrorClown.

If you're body can pass between less narrow bars, you get a % off your bill. If you are larger you pay full price.
