Legorunbuddy and legorunkitten in front of 2 kettle bells and some dumbells during my strength session this morning.

Oof nearly didnt do that, but got M off to school & small was still asleep so 30 mins strength. Strength is never my favourite, but I can feel the difference that consistent strength training is making & I like feeling stronger. It helps mentally too. #strength #dothethings #legorunbuddy
