On 22 Sep 2024, at the age of 45, I got my 1st tattoo - the #LongCovid ribbon. I was 2 years and 3 months into my LC journey at the time.

Yesterday was my first day back at uni after 4yrs off sick.
I felt good after, but still took the evening off to rest up.
Everyone in class was lovely and the lecturers all gave me a hug, welcoming me back.
Partner sent me to bed early and made dinner. No PEM so far ๐
