Philadelphians fighting FDR Park renovation will get another day in court It’s a procedural win for opponents of the renovation, who argue turf athletic fields and a new tidal wetland will radically change the park.

Some new developments over the #FDRPark project:
Residents can move forward with their case to save the FDR wetlands from turf fields and development after a Commonwealth Court reversed a lower court's initial ruling.
