Services. Because they’re chronically underfunded some of time heavy work of case management has fallen to police.
Police should focus on intel, investigation & managing the offenders.

The several year Victorian #RoyalComission into FV from May 2015 led to significant change,hope & investment. Sadly most of it didn’t notably reduce #FDV, several of the organisations set up to help were logjammed & now Vic Gov is cutting funding in FDV response.
